ST. GEORGE APPLE FEST THIS WEEKEND!

St. George Apple Fest runs September 16th and 17th this year (2017) throughout the downtown of St. George.  A good co-ordinate to plug into your GPS is the St. George Museum and Archives at 36 Main Street South which is right in the heart of the action and near the Main Stage.  The Museum will be open with extended hours on the weekend and our South Dumfries Historical Society will be selling its famous Apple Crisp as a fundraiser for our activities: available in single-serve bowls and take-home trays. Look for our booth with the cheery Apple pattern table cloths out front of the Museum!

HISTORY WALK OF ST. GEORGE

Our reliable Museum Curator will be leading a walking tour of St. George as part of Ontario Culture Days.  Meet at the Museum on Saturday, September 30 at 3 PM -- the walk will last to approximately 4:30 PM.  The South Dumfries Historical Society Museum is located at 36 Main St. S., St. George, Ontario.
